Can't Sleep? Redecorate Your Bedroom

I have always had trouble falling asleep for no good reason. One thing I noticed while on a trip out of town one day was that I slept great at the hotel. I tried to think of why this occurred, and the main things that stuck out to me were that the hotel room was clutter-free and I loved the decor. I decided to redecorate my bedroom not to perfectly match the hotel room, but to organize the clutter and create a room that I just loved. It helped, and instead of dreading bedtime, I began to look forward to entering my beautiful oasis I created for myself. I started sleeping like a baby. I created this blog to encourage you to look into redecorating your bedroom in you have sleeping troubles. It worked for me.

Planning To Grow Bamboo Trees? Tips On Planting Them And Keeping Them Healthy

If you would like to have bamboo trees on your property, below is information on where to purchase the trees and how to plant them. You can then get started to have beautiful landscaping.

Where to Find Bamboo Trees

You want to ensure you purchase healthy trees so be careful where you purchase them. You should be able to find a bamboo tree nursery in your area. Make sure you purchase the right species that will grow well in your area. A nursery worker can help you determine this.

It can be beneficial to use a bamboo tree nursery as they can give you tips on planting your trees. They can also give you tips on what you can do to keep your trees healthy after you plant them.

Planting Bamboo Trees

Once you get your bamboo trees home remove all packaging around the pot. If the bamboo tree is dry in the pot, you need to water it well before you remove it. If you are not planning to plant the bamboo plants immediately, set the pots in a shady location. Move them to the sun a couple of days before you plant them. Some bamboo varieties like shady locations while others require more sun. Ask the nursery worker about the species you purchase so you know where to plant the trees. How far apart you plant the trees depends on the type you purchase. Again, the nursery worker can help you with this.

Test the soil before you plant the trees. You can purchase a soil test kit or send samples of soil to an extension office This test will show if any additives need to be added to make the soil healthy and what these additives are. Loosen the soil in a large area so the young roots have enough room to penetrate the soil. You want the area to be two to three times larger than the root ball. Dig the hole large enough for the root ball to fit into. There should be about three to four inches of soil over the root ball.

Remove the trees from the pots gently, and then you can plant them. Place the tree in the center of the hole you dug firming the soil with your hand as you go.

When you finish planting the bamboo trees you need to water them well to ensure the water gets down to the roots. You can use this by gently pouring bucks of water on the area or using a soaker hose. You can also place water into the hole before you plant them for added moisture.

A bamboo tree nursery can give you many tips on planting your bamboo trees.
